About Us – CHRDS, HPNLU Shimla
The Centre for Human Rights & Disability Studies (CHRDS) at HPNLU Shimla is dedicated to promoting research, awareness, and advocacy in the fields of human rights and disability inclusion. The Centre works to strengthen legal and policy frameworks, advance accessibility, and encourage meaningful participation of persons with disabilities. Through research projects, training programmes, workshops, and collaborations, CHRDS aims to build an equitable and inclusive society grounded in dignity, justice, and human rights for all.
